ALL THIS WEEK WE CELEBRATE “SPACE MONSTERS” AND HORROR MOVIE LEGEND CAROLINE MUNRO!

golden voyage carolinemunro andylambert art

Often referred to as Britain’s “First Lady of Fantasy”, Caroline Munro started her career as a model in the sixties and took roles in numerous British horror movies leading to a long and varied career in the film industry. Munro was a Bond girl in The Spy Who Loved Me, starred in her own sci-fi vehicle Starcrash and was cast as the female lead in notorious 80’s slasher flick Maniac. Never one to rest on her laurels, Caroline now has her own column in Space Monsters magazine, is working on several movie, television and book projects and continues to be a hugely popular guest at film conventions around the world.

Here at Space Monsters magazine we decided it was about time to not only celebrate Caroline’s illustrious past but to bring her back into the public consciousness by looking at what she is doing now as well as Munro’s plans for the future.

So today we launch CAROLINE MUNRO WEEK where we will be sharing news, comments, features, exclusive pics and a few words from the lady herself! If you are on Twitter start sharing our posts and your own memories and pictures of Caroline using the hashtag #CelebrateCarolineMunro.

To start our celebrations we are offering the Official Caroline Munro Poster Magazine at a bargain sale price of only £6.95 over on Amazon.co.uk – and remember, we ship worldwide – that includes the USA, Japan, Europe, Australia, Canada, Australia and the UK! This very special, limited edition publication is an exclusive magazine put together by Caroline, Space Monsters editor Cyberschizoid and publishing legend Dez Skinn which folds out into a giant poster almost 2 feet by 3 feet. Features and articles include an extensive filmography (the most up-to-date ever!), a personal message from Caroline Munro, a brand new interview, gorgeous photographs (many from Caroline’s private collection) and more!
