LAUGHS AND CHILLS AT THE LONDON FILM CONVENTION!

There’s something for everyone at the next London Film Convention taking place at Central Hall, Westminster, London on Saturday 28th March from 10am – 5pm! Stars of stage and screen will be gathering to sign autographs and chat to fans alongside a mind-boggling array of movie and television merchandise for sale; sci-fi, comedy, horror and cult TV personalities from such diverse productions as Department S, Doctor Who, Allo Allo, Love Thy Neighbour, Benidorm, Psychomania, Mark of the Devil, Witchfinder General, Hands of the Ripper, Asylum, Carry On Cruising, Flash Gordon and many more will all be attending!

Guests include Jason King himself, the legendary Peter Wyngarde; Angela Douglas; Barbara Shelley; Michael Armstrong; Sylvia Sims; Nicky Henson; Carol Cleveland; Jack Smethurst and more!

GRIMMFEST 2015 NEWS!

Here at Space Monsters Command Center we have just had a communication from our fiends at Grimmfest and thought we’d better share their news! In case you don’t know, Grimmfest is a very cool horror festival taking part in Manchester, UK in October so if you’re a fright flick fan it’s worth checking them out!

” Its that time of year again folks!  Submissions for Grimmfest 2015 are open and we’re looking for the best in Horror, Cult, Weird, and Fantastic movies for our early October festival. If you think this applies to your very own cinematic offspring, then we’d love to see your movies!

If you want to see your short or feature  film on the big screen, featured as part of the biggest, bloodiest and most ambitious Grimmfest yet, then simply read below to find out how:

Feature Film Guidelines: over 70 Mins

Short Film Guidelines: Under 30 Mins

UK and World premières are not essential but premières will be preferred.

Films must be available on professional formats, and there will be a small charge for submission to help cover administration costs.

EXTENDED DEADLINE: 1st July – 1st August (Cost: Short £20.00. Feature £49.00)

SUBMISSIONS CLOSE AUGUST 1ST.
