AN ALL-DAY CELEBRATION OF DOCTOR WHO!

The Emporium theatre in Brighton is incredibly excited to be hosting Timey Wimey 2, an all day celebration of Doctor Who on Sunday 31st August from 10:30am!

Guest of Honour for the day is Janet Fielding, who played Tegan Jovanka from 1981 to 1984 opposite the Fourth and Fifth Doctors.

The evening will be your chance to see the hit show I Need a Doctor – The Whoosical fresh from the Edinburgh Fringe. This show has been garnering rave reviews all over the country!

The more sharp eyed will have spotted that Timey Wimey 2 comes before Timey Wimey 1, as the Doctor says people assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but *actually* from a non-linear, non-subjective viewpoint – it’s more like a big ball of wibbly wobbly… timey wimey… stuff.

Guest of Honour for the day will be Janet Fielding, who played Tegan Jovanka assistant to the Fourth Doctor (Tom Baker) and Fifth Doctor (Peter Davison). She’ll be choosing her favourite episode and answering your questions. There will be signings and photo opportunities too. This will be followed by The Big Doctor Who Quiz with our host Charlie Ross – Do you know your Autons from your Zarbi?
Come and test your knowledge on 50 years of Doctor Who! There are some amazing prizes for the winning team.

Brighton has been used on a number of occasions as a filming location for the cult TV show: The War Games, The Leisure Hive and Mindwarp have all been filmed in the area. Why not make a weekend of it and explore?

Emporium will be closed for the day apart from entry to this event and tickets are strictly limited.
